Quality and safety of our products

It was almost a century ago that we started growing maize. Love of the earth as well as a deep gratitude for its fruit comes naturally to us, giving us a strong sense of responsibility.

This is why we chose to control the entire process from field to finished product. We personally know all the maize growers we work with. They are both our customers (seed sales, phytosanitary agents, fertilizers and other amendments) and our maize suppliers. We work side by side towards a common goal.

Our maize mill is located alongside drying and storage silos, which guarantees the traceability of our corn flour, our corn grits and our co-products.

The maize mill has been ISO 22000 certified since 2009. The safety of our products is a top priority, demanding the constant attention of all our employees.
The maize mill has an internal laboratory in which tests are carried out during the entire production process: moisture, fat content and grain size of our products as well as mycotoxin analysis using Elisa tests.

Analyses of GMOs, microbiology and contaminants are subcontracted to accredited laboratories.
